Another Redditor, who is an insider at Perkins (Restaurant and Bakery), exposed how the employees handle raw eggs in one of the Perkins restaurant. According to him, employees at Perkins use a five gallon bucket to store mixed eggs, and will not clean it at the end of the day, but continue using it every day until it starts to smell.

3.Chili's Relabels Items in Walk-in Freezer

According to Redditor Dm_Black, it's absolutely okay for his local Chili's restaurant to relabel meat and other food items in walk-in freezer, in case if a food inspector shows up. This means any food item they serve might contain expired food ingredients. Well, this is a common practice is many restaurants.
