When it comes to making a list of the most see-through celebrity outfits, the biggest problem, of course, is not knowing where to start! Most celebrities wear such dresses, and one can find numerous pictures of them on the internet. Following are the photos of 12 celebrities who wore highly revealing red carpet dresses. Most of these celebrities have already posed naked in front of the camera. They might have worn skimpier clothes than what you are about to see. However, we selected the following pictures based on how scandalous the dresses looked. For example, an actress is more likely to break the internet if she wears a sheer outfit to the Oscars than posing nude in a movie!

1.Rose McGowan

Rose McGowan wore one of the most disgusting dress ever at VMA, but more of just some mess thrown over the ex-charmed star. And we are less than charmed by this display. As an ex of Marilyn Manson, maybe he influenced her clothing choices. This looks more like something he would wear anyway.

2.Katy Perry

Has Katy Perry ever posed naked? Well, the bad news is that she never posed fully naked for the camera. The good news is that she frequently wears tight and revealing outfits giving her fans a good view of her sexy body! Of all the Katy Perry's revealing outfits, we find this picture more shocking! We have no idea what kind of a dress that was, but we firmly believe most men can't take their eyes off Katy Perry's assets. The picture was taken in Mexico when Katy Perry was promoting her "Purr" brand perfumes. Whoa, what a way to promote her brand! She certainly understands marketing and advertising very well! No wonder even Katy Perry's feet has followers. 

3.Rihanna

If you have the body they say flaunt it, and Rihanna takes that to the bank. Known for her revealing outfits, this one tops the list. Made to look like she is wrapped in barbed wire, it's actually more than she wore in one of her original videos where she appeared nude. Fun Fact: Not just her body, Rihanna is famous for her feet as well.

4.Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus picks up the torch from many that went before her, going racy and barely there. Not sure if we can call this an outfit, but when she stripped away her teddy bear costume, the flesh colored panties and bra made her look nude, just for a second, until we were then shocked by her twerking on Robin Thicke. Did you know there are people dying to get a view of Miley Cyrus' Feet and Legs?  

5.Cher

The millions net worth singer Cher is another original who is known for revealing clothing. Able to pull off just about anything, Cher was known to expose her belly in many of her costumes on the Sonny and Cher show back in the 70's, and went on to shock us even more in her stage outfits, as well as outfits she wore in her music videos.

6.Madonna

Madonna is the original at wearing revealing clothing on stage. This outfit was considered as racy as they come, back in the day. Now that outfit would be worn without the fishnets and maybe would even be a thong. Madge will always be an original who set the trends for decades to come. Have you seen Lourdes Leon, Madonna's child all grown up?  

7.Lady Gaga

The multimillionaire singer Lady Gaga is always one to shock and she didn't disappoint in this outfit. Bad enough it's made of fishnet, but the fishnet is ripped. Very cool idea Gaga, maybe a few decades too late though. Using some modesty, at least she covered her nipples with stars, to show that she is a star in her own right. Did you know Lady Gaga is bisexual?

8.Lil Kim

Lil Kim shocked the nation with this dress, if you call it a dress. Talk about off the shoulder. This dress has an entire side missing. At least she had the decency to cover up her nipple with matching pasties. Why there is one on her shoulder and no one knows.

9.Natalie Portman

Natalie Portman has a reputation for being one of the celebs who nicely dress. One rarely sees her wearing skimpy outfits, particularly when she walks on the red carpet. In 2003, Natalie Portman attended American Cinematheque Awards wearing this sheer tea length dress. Her dress shocked numerous people, as they never saw her in transparent clothes, at least at the celebrity events. Well, the dress was not completely revealing as Portman used pasties. However, one can still get a full view of her bosoms! Did you know Natalie Portman is a Vegan? 

10.Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian wanted the whole world to know that she's still got it. After a period of hiding, the famous Kardashian revealed her much slimmer body. Going a little too far with this dress, she bared it all to prove her point. 11.Jennifer Lopez

This dress made headlines when the multimillionaire singer Jennifer Lopez wore it. Cut down to her navel, the dress is also shear all the way up her thighs. Obviously she had to use sticky tape to retain any modesty whatsoever. It seemed after that dress, others tried to outdo her, but she was the one who paved the way. 12.Gwyneth Paltrow

Yes the millionaire actress Gwyneth Paltrow has long legs and should show them off, but this dress looks barely there from the side. Not really an attractive dress, the whole side of her leg is bare, all the way to her rear. If anyone could pull it of it's her, but why would she want to? Did you know Gwyneth Paltrow is living with a disease?
