Nkhaat pane (also known as fried lamb's brain) is a delicacy that's highly recommended by the people living in the city. The brain's breading is said to be thin and crispy. The brain itself, however, is glandular and slimy. It's not okay to eat pork, but don't forget to get a plate of lamb's brains when you visit.
