"Fame Monster" Lady Gaga had a bulbous nose during the beginning of her career, but it has become more chiseled and refined over the years with a high-rise bridge. The 30-year-old singer has been a subject of intense plastic surgery debate ever since she forayed into the mainstream entertainment industry. Though Lady Gaga never really opened up about her cosmetic surgeries, this picture here clearly tells us that the "Artpop" star had extensive work done on her nose.
