Some people just have to talk on their phones all the time and having a cell in the car with you is an evil temptation. Even with laws in place banning cell phone usage while driving, there are people who still get that itch to tinker with their phone. Texting while driving makes a driver 20 times more likely to crash. Additionally, drivers who talk on a cell are four times more likely to have a car accident.
