In an adaptation of the Book of Exodus, the animated film, "The Prince of Egypt," was released by DreamWorks Animation, starring Val Kilmer voicing the role of Moses. The adopted son of the Pharoah Seti, Moses crosses many miles of desert, parting the sea. Kilmer also voiced the part of God in the film.
