Seems Miley Cyrus is here, there and everywhere, but at least this time she's wearing clothes. Valentino's black and white jumpsuit showed up on Miley and on Lena Dunham, at two events. So who wore it best? Well, while they both have short hair, Miley's hairstyle and tan made the outfit pop.

3.Alicia Quarles or Adrienne Bailon

Seems you can't go wrong with leopard these days, and when it comes to Alice & Olivia's Leopard Shift dress, it's especially true. Alicia Quarles and Adrienne Bailon both wore the leopard dress paired with strappy sandals, but Alicia added dangling gold earrings with daring blue shoes as opposed to Adrienne's simple black heels, letting her hair do the talking.

4.Gemma Arterton or Kenya Moore

Gemma Arterton and kenya Moore both looked fabulous in Lanvin's Grey Asymmetric Draped Dress, but one of them wore it better. Gemma kept is simple, while Kenya added the perfect Christian Louboutin Daffodile Glitter Pumps. For that reason alone, she wins for best look.

Once again Kim Kardashian was in the same out fit as another starlet, but Kim wore it first. The $8,000 leather dress hugged her famous curves, and sat higher and tighter on her body than Holly's, but it seems to have flowed better on Holly, with the layers falling a little lower on her waist.

6.Miranda Kerr or Elizabeth Hurley

There is an age difference between these two starlets, but you'd never know it by the way Elizabeth Hurley's body looks in this leopard dress. Mirand Kerr wore it shorter with black pumps and a gold bag, while Elizabeth Hurley chose a more conservative and classic with nude shoes to accentuate her legs.

sexy and sexier. Pink is hot in this glamorous dress, but Shakira paired the same dress with thigh high boots and knocked it out of the park. While Pink's dress looks to be fall off on top, Shakira's fit snugly. Both women rock the black and gold strapless dress in true diva style.

8.Jennifer Garner or Rihanna

Jennifer Garner and Rihanna have a different style from each other on most days, but each chose this form fitting, cut out black dress paired with black pumps. Garner accessorized while Rihanna let the dress speak for itself, wearing it a little tighter and a lot hotter.

9.Blake Lively or Jennifer Love Hewitt

When it comes to Blake Lively or Jennifer Love Hewitt, it's hard to say that anyone wore their dress badly. Here they both wear the same brown toned stretch dress, with cut out top and gold toned strappy sandals, but where Blake matches it with a neutral handbag, Love goes for the gusto with an eye popping tangerine handbag.

10.Catherine McNeil or Leighton Meester

It seems Catherine McNeil wore a moody look on her face that fit her Louis Vuitton Moody Floral Frock, but Leighton Meester looked adorable wearing the frock as well when she topped it with a vest. Catherine's knee high boots pushed her to the top for really pulling the outfit together.

11.Jordin Sparks, Demi Lovato, or Sofia Vergara

All three women look fantastic in their Mason by Michelle Mason electric blue dresses, but as they say, only one person can be the winner. Sofia seems to be busting out her top with her ample breasts, while Jordin looks elegant in her dress. It's really a toss up when it comes to these three.

12.Kim Kardashian or Kourtney Kardashian

When it comes to sisters, they can get quite competitive, and this is especially true of the famous Kardashian sisters. Seems Kim is wearing a Rachel Pally hand me down from Kourtney, who wore it last June when she was carrying Penelope. Kim then wore it while pregnant with North.
