Be careful on what you are writing as texts or social media status messages. Every time you write a mistake, you are actually irritating or offending a grammar expert/nazi! Some people don't judge others based on their race or religion, but based on their spelling, punctuation, sentence structure and overall grammar! We call them grammar experts/nazis! Here are fifteen times they were found busy correcting others.
1.This Brutally Honest Grammar Nazi
There are two types of grammar nazis. Some people get annoyed and irritated over people who are bad at grammar. Others simply love searching and pointing out spelling errors, or grammatical mistakes on purpose. Here we have a grammar nazi who can't control himself or herself from correcting what could be the most horrible wrong number text he or she ever got.
2.This Flexible Grammar Nazi
Many people don't completely get you when you try to convey a message to them in perfect English (or any other language). That is so because not all people are good at speaking or writing perfectly even in their native language. Read this really funny exchange of texts, where a lady neatly replied to a text from an unknown number.
3.This Grammar Nazi Being a Grammar Nazi
Most people hate you when you try to correct their spelling errors or grammar mistakes. They think it is okay to not to use perfect English every time. It is also a fact that majority of the population are not particularly good at writing without mistakes. In this picture, you can read how a grammar nazi pissed off his friend.
4.That is Exactly How You Annoy a Grammar Nazi
The text message on the left instantly irks many people. Well, you don't need to be a grammar nazi to hate that. However, if you are a grammar nazi, that text message could well be one of the worst texts you have read in your entire life. No wonder the person there reacted in a wild manner.
5.Bad Grammar is Always a Big Turn Off
If you are bad at grammar, and if you need to impress a grammar nazi, don't even try to express what you feel, in writing. Those people who are obsessed with grammar will find even a good looking girl or guy unattractive, if they suck at grammar. The grammar nazi here clearly made that person look dumb.
6.Reason Why Punctuation is Important
Forget about grammar nazis! When even common people think your grammar sucks, you better start learning it from the beginning. English language is little weird. When you miss a comma or a period in a sentence, the meaning of entire sentence changes. Read the text in this picture and you will understand why punctuation is important.
7.Sleep Well
'Sleep good' sounds fine for many of us because we keep hearing that everywhere including in movies and music. It is wrong because the word 'good' is an adjective, and can't be used to modify a verb. To modify a verb, you got to use adverbs like 'well'.
Sleep well. (Correct)
Have a good night's sleep (Correct)
Sleep good. (Wrong)

8.Error 3695: We Didn't Understand the Message Either
As we said earlier, impressing grammar nazis is a tough task, especially if your grammar is poor. All they look for in a message is perfectness in terms of grammar. Everything else including 'feelings' comes next. It's not possible for everyone to speak or write in correct English. People should at least make sure they are making some sort of sense when they speak or write.
9.Texting Ruined Our Language
Texting is a great technological advancement, and we have to agree that it has revolutionized the way we communicate with people. However, texting has ruined our language. Ever since we started texting, we reinvented spellings of many words to speed up texting, and fit more words in short texts messages.

10.You're vs. Your Confusion
The number of people who mess up using the words 'your' and 'you're' is damn too high!
Your: The word 'your' describes something that is in your possession E.g. your pen, your glasses, your phone number etc.
You are (or) You're: This describes something about you. E.g. you are a good person, you are a programmer, you are beautiful etc.
11.Yet Another Grammar Nazi in Action
Do you like grammar nazis? They aren't that bad, but some of them act like stubborn kids. We have yet another funny conversation here. After reading texts from all these grammar nazis, we somehow feel two grammar nazis make a better couple. They keep praising themselves for using correct grammar all the times. As you know, appreciating each other is one of the many things that keep relationship alive and growing!
12.This Person Who is Trying to Correct Mom
Until now, we only saw grammar nazis correcting their friends or strangers. We have someone here who is trying to correct his or her mom. The mom here sounds like she is a senior member of 'You're vs. Your Confusion Club'! Let's hope she was corrected by her son or daughter later.
13.A Game that Grammar Nazis Enjoy Playing
This is funny! That poor guy or girl couldn't stop themselves from using 'your' and 'you're' wrongly. We guess that would be the last time he or she paid attention to a grammar nazi's correction! These people should start learning the difference between the two. It's not all that difficult to understand.
14.Let's Talk about Priorities
If you read the texts in this image, you will understand that this guy's relationship was in trouble. He was trying to save his relationship there. However, he simply can't overlook the wrong usage of 'waist' in a sentence by his girl. He knew she may completely stop talking to him for correcting her, but he went on doing that anyway!
15.When Grammar Nazis Lose Their Cool
Some people prefer learning things in a hard way, just like how Ben got schooled on proper usage of 'your' and 'you are' here. There are few words in English language that confuse many people. For example, some people use 'their' instead of 'they are'. All one need to do is spend five minutes reading an explanation or watching a grammar video to start writing correctly.
