Find a coworker who is eating their food at the office in the morning (breakfast or something). Walk past them making an eye contact with them, and act like you are trying not to laugh. Leave the place with a smirk on your face. Keep asking them how the food was. Ask them how it tasted, and inquire if they find the food any different than usual. In the afternoon, ask them if they are feeling well. Tell them they look little pale.

1. Empty a mayonnaise jar. Fill it with vanilla pudding. Have an occasional bite with a spoon while walking around. No one likes to see people eating mayonnaise!
2. Empty a Windex bottle. Clean it thoroughly. Fill the bottle with blue Gatorade. Walk around your home or office while drinking it.

This straightforward and evil prank will spoil your family members' coffee or cereal! Empty the sugar bowl and fill it with salt. Put a video camera in the kitchen or keep a close eye on your family members while they drink and eat weird tasting coffee and cereal.
5.This Boiled Egg Prank
Boil an egg. Peel of the egg's shell. Drop it into your friend, family member or coworker's milk bowl. Boiled egg becomes completely invisible when you drop it in milk. Your victim only knows when something soft, rubbery and cold touches their lips!

Find that one coworker in your office whom you think is not the sharpest tool in the shed. Go to them and tell them you are going to miss working with them in a low and sad voice. If he or she questions you back seeking more details, tell them, "Oh shit, didn't the management talk to you about this yet? I'm sorry." Leave the place in a hurry!

Everyone loves brownies! You can play this prank on your friends or coworkers. On March 31st, tell your victims that your mom has prepared delicious brownies and you will be offering to them the next day. Brag about how great the brownies made by your mom taste. 8.This Simple Prank to Scare Your Kids
Fake a phone call in the morning, before your kid leaves to school, and act like you are talking to the school principal. Pretend like you are hearing complaints about your kid! It's time to show your acting skills, and scare your kids on April Fools' Day!

This is a classic April Fools' Day prank. Post an ad to Craigslist with your friend's number, inviting people over for a voiceover audition. Interested people should perform 'Chewbacca impression' on phone, and the person with the best impression gets a call back for audition!
14.This Orajel and Tooth Paste Prank
Squeeze a little bit of Orajel ( a gel that treats toothaches) into the victim's toothpaste tube. Use a toothpick to mix it up with toothpaste. Wait until he or she brushes their teeth and watch them drool and go mad! Make sure you don't put too much Orajel into the toothpaste tube. If you do, your victim's mouth will go numb for an hour or so.
15.Hide a Rubber Snake in Lawn
Buy a rubber 'tree snake'. You can find plenty of them online. Hide the rubber snake somewhere in the lawn. It should be partially visible. Now watch your family members or friends freak out! If you love to play pranks on people, you can hide the snake in the vegetable section of a grocery store!
