It seems that the note popped up when someone tried to log out after the expiration of an active session. Whoever developed that part didn't need to make a dialog box appear with a weird-sounding message. The programmer should have redirected the user to the homepage with a small notice that would tell the user that the session was expired and they would need to login to reaccess the service.
