When was the last time you saw a sunrise? Now, this is a serious question. We guess many people haven't seen the sunrise in a very long time. If you feel depressed or find your life empty, go out for a casual walk, jog or cycling early in the morning. 15.Start a New Life

If your thinking comes down to a point where you feel your life is utterly worthless, you need to act fast and act big to put it in order again. Putting your life in order should be your topmost priority. 
Find a new job. Move to another state or city. Leave back all those sad memories or bad things in life, and start an entirely new life, in a new place, with new people around. However, make sure you still stay in touch with good people in your life like your parents or best friends.
