#7 Side Crunch


Side crunches are tried and true method of tightening your obliques and whittling away muffin tops. It starts out just like a regular crunch where your back is flat on the floor, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, but for this version you lift one leg over the other. With hands behind the head, you lift your body and twist toward the knee of the opposite raised leg. Do up to 25 on one side and then switch.
