Have a glass of wine over a martini and get healthier.



5.Laugh, Laugh, Laugh

Laughing de-stresses the body by reducing cortisol levels. It improves circulation, which makes the skin glow and makes you look younger and more vibrant. Watch comedies, listen to jokes, hang out with friends who make you laugh. A good belly laugh is worth its weight in Botox and fillers.
