1.You are Turned Away

Your turned away from Abercromie & Fitch. It appears this designer doesn't want fat people in their stores. "In every school there are the cool and popular kids, and then there are the not-so-cool kids," he said. "Candidly, we go after the cool kids. We go after the attractive all-American kid with a great attitude and a lot of friends. A lot of people don't belong [in our clothes], and they can't belong. Are we exclusionary? Absolutely."




2.Flight Extension

When flying you need a seat extension in order to fit the seat belt around your belly. This is actually quite humiliating and it could spur you on and actually do something about your weight.



3.Less Social.

You become less social. The larger we become the more negative we feel about socializing. The best thing to do is get out there as the more we sit on our overweight bottoms the longer we will stay overweight.





4.Avoiding Activity

The breathlessness and uncomfortably could account for avoiding the stairs or parking too close to the supermarket. If you are doing this and are not overweight, you soon will be.



5.Secret Eating

Eating in secret is the sign of an eating disorder. So if you are crunching on the cookies when no one is looking, perhaps it is time to come clean.





6.Snoring

You have recently started snoring. Not all people snore because they are obese or overweight, but do have more chance of doing so.



7.Rashing

You have noticed rashes in the folds of your skin. Yeast loves moist warm environments and skin-folds can provide this perfect environment.

8.Heart Burn

You suffer heartburn and other digestive issues. This can very well be a symptom of being overweight.



9.Depression

You suffer depression. Of course not all overweight people are depressed and vice versa, but body image can have a profound effect on how we feel about life in general. If you do not have a positive body image you can change it. People underestimate how weight gain can make them feel depressed.

10.Sore Back

Back ache and back pain can be attributed to being overweight. The pain is usually in the lower part of the back. So if you have started to get back pain their it might be a case of you having gained weight. Any weight change can cause your spine to complain.



11.Sore Knees

Sore knees are often painful from simply carrying around too much body weight. The stress is too much for delicate joints and so on.

12.Cravings

You crave sugar and all sorts of food. This can be an indication of addiction. Not all people who crave these things are overweight, but will be in time if they do give in. It has been proven that obese people having eaten large amounts of sugar for example do crave it eventually due to the addiction to it.



13.Sore Feet

Carrying extra weight around will hurt your feet, that is logical. More pressure is applied to your feet and ankles.



14.Fatty Pads

You have what is known as 'fatty deposits' in odd places on the body. This could be behind the knees, on your back, in fact, in various unusual places.



15.Belly Crease

You have a belly crease when you stand up, never mind when you sit down. This is a surefire sign that you have developed a weight problem quite recently.



16.Breathless

Things make you breathless. Like walking to the toilet or kitchen or even putting your shoes on. These tasks should never have that kind of impact.



17.Tying Shoelaces

Simple tasks you used to find easy are more difficult. Like putting your shoes on. These kinds of things should really pose no problems whatsoever.



18.Comments

Your friends or other people comment that you have picked up weight. If it is more than one or two you know you are in trouble.



19.Blood Pressure

Your blood pressure has increased. This is not always the case, but one of the side effects of being overweight is often an increase in you blood pressure reading.



20.Man Boobs

If you are male you might have noticed you have acquired man boobs. The thing with man boobs is they do not get the same good attention that female boobs do.



21.Normal Chairs

You've become very overweight when not only your clothes are bigger, but regular seats no longer can accommodate you. You cannot just sit in any chair you want to.



22.Clothes are Too Tight

Your clothes are too tight. Obviously the lady in this dress found it hard to pour her curves into it, but anyone with clothes that are too tight have clearly gained weight.



23.Playing

Your idea of playing with the kids is talking to them while they play. Overweight people tend to avoid being active with their kids. It is tiring carrying around excess weight.



24.Spare Tire

Your tummy is too big, or you have a spare tire. Whilst some people are pre-deposed to having more fatty deposits around the tummy, you will notice if this has gotten larger over time. If it has it is time to start dieting.
