#7 Jupiter's Spacecraft Visits
In 1973, the first spacecraft to visit Jupiter was the Pioneer 10 space probe--the first craft to get close enough to Jupiter to send back revelations about the assets and phenomena of the planet. Since then, the planet has only been visited by a spacecraft eight times. The Voyager 1 & 2, Pioneer 11, Ulysses and the Cassini are some of the other crafts that have done a Jupiter flyby mission.
