The reality of the porn industry hits hard in this gritty documentary about model and actor Lara Roxx. The 18 year old Canadian girl left for the USA to work in porn films and within two months had contracted HIV. One of the actors had passed it on to her. The lack of real HIV testing and non c0ndom wearing is discussed, as well as how actors are pressured to go without protection. Lara's battle with Bipolar and now AIDS forms part of the film.
