With an IQ of 192, Rick Rosner is not your average genius. The 52 year old is a television writer who has worked for Jimmy Kimmel. He has also been a roller skating waiter, a stripper, a bouncer and a nude model. It looks as if Rick is the smartest man in the world, not only IQ, but in having fun.




2.Paul Allen

Co-founder of Microsoft, Paul Allen has an IQ of 170 and is worth $14.2 billion dollars. Ranked 48th richest person in the world, owning multiple companies and sports teams, Allen is a philanthropists, one of the biggest in the world. The 59 year old turned his IQ in a billion dollar career.



3.Christopher Hirata

A youngster compared to the rest of our top IQ list, Christopher Hirata was born in 1982. His IQ stands at 225, and by 12 years old he had already finished college with a major in Physics and Mathematics. Winning a gold medal at age 13, in the International Science Olympics, he worked with NASA at age 16, on a project to conquer mars.





4.Gary Kasparov

Gary Kasparov, a Russian Chess Grand Master was born in 1963 and is a writer and political activist. With an IQ of 194, he is considered the best chess player in the world. Learning chess at age 11, he was able to solve complex gaming strategies, winning his first championship at age 13, in the Soviet Union.



5.Marilyn Vos Savant

With an IQ if 190, Marilyn Vos Savant was born in 1946 in the United States. A magazine columnist who is also an author, lecturer and playwright, writing for the Sunday column in Parade Magazine in 1986. She is registered with the Guinness World Book of Records for the highest female IQ in the world.





6.Judit Polgar

Judit Polgar is considered the best chess player in history, and received the Grand Master title when she was just 15 years old, making her the youngest to achieve that level of accomplishment. With an IQ of 170, the Hungarian born 37 year old is one of the smartest women in the world.



7.Steven Hawkins

Born in the United Kingdom, Steven Hawkins has an IQ of 160. He was only 17 years old when he attended Oxford University, and was the first to explain the cosmology thesis. A fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, has was also a professor of Mathematics at the University of Cambridge.

8.Terence Tao

With an IQ of up to 230, Terence Tao is the second smartest man in the world, by most standards, and one of the youngest. Born in 1975, Tao was raised in Australia, he knew basic arithmetic at only 2 years old. Today he teaches at the University of California in Los Angeles.



9.William James Sidis

Considered the smartest man in the world, William James Sidis had an astonishing IQ of up to 300. Graduating grammar school in 7 months, he attended Harvard when he was just 11 years old, and learning 40 languages by adulthood, he is a math specialist. At the age of 66, he died of brain damage.

Kim Ung-Yong was born in South Korea in 1963 and is a civil engineer. With an IQ of 210, his is considered one of the top three smartest people in the world. By the age of three he spoke Japanese, German, English and Korean, of course, and was able to solve complex calculus problems by the age of 14.



11.Leonardo Da Vinci

Born in Italy, this scholar had an IQ of close to 190 and was described, and is referred to, even to this day, as the Renaissance Man. With an informal education in Latin, Geometry and Mathematics, he created his first painting; a monster spitting fire. Famous for the Mona Lisa, the Last Supper and the Vitruvian Man.

12.Albert Einstein

Born in 1897, Albert Einstein has an IQ of up to 190. The German Physicist was devoted to science since grade school, as well as mechanics and mathematics. Oddly enough, he failed to get into polytechnic colleges in Italy, so he finished his secondary education in Physics and Mathematics in Switzerland. Years later, working in the field of Quantum theory, he developed the well known theory of relativity.
