Made with roasted chipolte peppers, this beer is spicy with a chile flavor. Rogue's Chipolte Ale is a masterful blend of smokey and malty flavors that is dedicated to Juan de la Cueva, a Spanish author who wrote about seedless chipoltes mingling with beer in a Mexican recipe in 1575.
