I was staying in a hotel and my air con wasn't working so I called the front desk and they sent someone up. That someone was a painfully hot puerto rican concierge who did not know how to fix air cons. It was about 11pm and no repair person on call. He gave it a go, lifted the panel off, trying to look like he was doing something, which made me laugh, which made him laugh. He apologized and offered me some complimentary wine.
