Several people have a closer relationship with their cell than with actual human beings. With the overabundance of apps, games and features cell phones come with; it's no surprise to see people on their phone constantly. Some folks are so addicted to their phones that they always have to find something to do with it. For some, it's so bad that even with the ringer on vibrate; they'll constantly look at their phone just to see if they have a text message.
