This coupled with holding your phone too close to your eyes, can put a lot of strain on those peepers. Small fonts and bright colors can also lead to headaches, blurred vision and dry eyes. Experts suggest increasing your phone's font size and turning down the backlight to prevent long-term negative side effects to the eye.
