However, that all changed when she decided to become a homewrecker. The singer began an adulterous relationship with Eddie Cibrian in 2009. Both parties were married at the time and vehemently denied the affair. After realizing they had been caught, they both came clean and began dating. Though Cibrian and Rimes are married now, most fans resent the singer for her lack of morals and decision to get involved with a married man when she too, was married.
