If we sorted these 12 tattoos based on creativity, this Trash Polka design would have gotten the top spot. Apparently, we can see a man, the heart, the brain, horns of a buck, and some blood smears. We didn't quite understand what kind of a message the wearer was trying to convey to the world, but the quote, "Revel in what you are," suggests that this tattoo is all about satisfaction, confidence, self-love, and self-respect. The tattoo looks a tad gory, though. Other than that, it's a beautiful body art.
