We aren't sure about face, but sloths drag their balls and ass all over trees, as they are very slow movers. Sloths are among the slowest-moving animals in the world. In fact, they are so slow that algae grow on their fur! Sloths are herbivores, and their diet lack proteins and essential nutrients. This is the reason why sloths are very weak and fragile, and can't move at a rapid pace like other animals. It is a funny meme, by the way. It has good pun as well.
