Sarcasm Or Dumb?

The mom is just like many of us. It looks like she had great fun during her younger days. Did you observe she raised her children in a real good way? because her kids want to go to school and be successful in their life. She had fun and she knew the consequences. But her statement looks either dumb or sarcastic because she is merely comparing the results of her good parenting with rest of the world population.
