Insomnia sucks. Guys, if you are insomniac and have trouble falling sleep, just remain in your bed and try to sleep. It's a lot better than waking up and messing with the phone or a laptop. By doing so, you can give your body some kind of rest and your body may still be able to do some much-needed repair work even when you don't fall asleep completely. The trick is to beat all the urges to browse the internet, play games, text friends, etc.
