Virgin Collins is a classic gin cocktail. You can request the bartender to give it without gin as a non-alcoholic drink. The cocktail is a simple combination of lemon juice, soda water and sugar syrup. The sugar syrup can be replaced with elderflower cordial or any fizzy drink.
