Bad Movie Experience? Talk To Customer Care

If your movie experience was bad for reasons like noisy crowd, bad sound or movie quality, you can talk to theater customer care. They may give you a free pass for another show, or swap tickets to another movie, or offer perks for inconvenience. Be sure to call them within the first fifteen minutes after movie starts. If you call them at the end of the show, you are less likely to get any benefits.
