Eggs are a super food in so many ways. Packed with protein, low in fat, and no gluten, they are great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They even make a great snack. There are so many ways to prepare eggs, it's not like your eating the same thing twice. Scrambled, poached, fried, omelets, hard boiled and soft boiled are all great choices.
