Fresh meat contains no gluten. It's a natural way to keep gluten out of your diet. Beef, chicken, pork, lamb are all gluten free. Lean cuts of beef are okay to have once or twice a month, while chicken is a meat you can eat every day. Pork is the other white meat, and lamb can be fatty, so limit intake.
