Jupiter's Rings

They aren't noticeable at first glance, but Jupiter does have rings. The faint planetary ring system is made up of three main segments-an inner torus of particles known as the halo, a relatively bright main ring, and an outer gossamer ring. Scientists say the rings are made from dust, rather than ice.
