New Parents Get Much Needed Break

The birth of baby usually disrupts careers of new moms, as most companies don’t give many paid leaves. At Google, new moms get 18 weeks of paid leaves, while new dads receive six weeks! Google also gives their employees some bonus, calling it ‘baby bonding bucks’, to help them deal with expenses that may incur with birth of a child.
