Robert Downey Jr. voiced the Patrick Pewterschmidt character in the "Family Guy" TV show. Many "Family Guy" viewers are not even aware of it. Patrick Pewterschmidt is a long-lost brother of Lois Griffin. He was a mentally ill person who spent most of his life in an asylum. When he was a kid, he walked in on his mother while she was having oral sex with a fat man. The incident traumatized Patrick and made him a serial killer, who only kills fat people. The character appeared only in a couple of episodes. Robert Downey Jr. gave his voice to the character.
