It belongs to the Bandle City.  Jessica Nigri attended 2013 Anime Expo held at Los Angeles Convention Center, Los Angeles, CA, wearing Teemo Outfit. She represented "League of Legends" at one of the booths as their official model. Isn't she looking gorgeous?
