Yes you are seeing this right, this guy is crowd surfing in his wheelchair and that really is dedication for you. How does this even start? At what point does the guy start to tell everybody to get ready as he is going to surf? I hope he did not stage dive in this as that really would be very, very awkward for the people at the front as he is not going to get far.
