Bacon in a beer? Hey, why not, but where does the doughnut come in? I bet you'd be willing to give it a try, just to see. With applewood smoked bacon and maple syrup, it does sound like a great beer to have for breakfast, but just to be on the safe side, maybe save it for brunch.
