The reality TV star, Heidi Montag, is yet another plastic surgery addict who has received 10+ cosmetic procedures, such as breast implants, nose job, pinned-back ears, etc. "The Hills" star admitted she felt insecure about her appearance and strived very hard to look perfect. In fact, Heidi Montag's plastic surgery became one of the major storylines of the reality show, "The Hills."
