1.Jessica Simpson

Jessica is certainly pleasant on the eye, but she is not pleasant on the brain when she is capable of saying things such as 'Is this chicken what I have, or is this fish? I know it's tuna, but it says chicken by the sea.' You just know that at this point she is completely confused and it took her days to work it out.

2.Winona Ryder

She is a very popular actress and she is also pleasant on the eye, but that does not make any difference when she comes out with the line 'I feel my best when I am happy' because what else was she expecting? Did she think that when she was happy she would feel terrible? Talk about stating the obvious.

3.Kanye West

You get the feeling that Kanye was not even aware of how silly this was for him to say. 'I won't go into a big spiel about reincarnation, but the first time I was in the Gucci store in Chicago was the closest I have ever felt to home' because where was he born? It certainly was not in a designer store.

4.Christina Aguilera

OK so Christina is quite popular and she is clearly a talented singer, but that does not explain why she then said 'So where is the Cannes film festival being held this year?' Where did she think it was going to be held? Did she think they moved it every single year?

5.R Kelly

OK so we know that R Kelly is not as clean cut as he wanted us to think, but the fact that he said 'Osama Bin Laden is the only one who knows exactly what I am going through' does show he has a completely different idea of how important he is. Why he would say something as strange as this is only something he understands.

6.Mike Tyson

It does appear to be the case that all of those punches to the head have taken their toll on poor Mike. That is the only way that you can explain him saying 'I guess I'm gonna fade into Bolivian' and believing that it actually is the correct thing to say. Poor Mike.

7.Justin Bieber

OK so Justin does well with his fans and he is certainly very rich for such a young guy, but all of this does not make you immune from saying strange things. He was quoted as saying 'I'm not going for the sixteenth chapel look' in reference to what he was wearing in one of his shows, so somebody needs to point out the error to him.

8.Chris Brown

Chris Brown is well known for beating up women, so the fact that he was quoted as saying 'Can I have your number? I promise I won't beat you.' is just one of those things where you cannot believe that he uttered those words. It is almost as if he is apologizing for his behavior in advance.

9.Charlie Sheen

In all honesty when it comes to quotes from Charlie Sheen it is difficult just to narrow it down to one. However, the quote 'We are high priest Vatican assassin warlocks BOOM' has to be up there as being one of the strangest lines that a human being has ever said. However, you just know that to him it all made sense.

10.Britney Spears

Britney is maybe not the brightest of people and that is shown when you hear her saying things such as 'I get to go to overseas places like Canada' because how does she think she gets there? Does she not know that it is all part of the same piece of land? Obviously not.

11.Arnold Schwarzenegger

Ok so we know that Arnie plays tough guys, but he was also in politics, so the fact he said 'I think gay marriage is something that should be between a man and a woman.' is actually quite worrying. You do wonder what he thinks of a normal marriage then.
