1.Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber was once a pop sensation, but after a few years people just see him as a zit you want to pop. On top of releasing over-produced mediocre music, Bieber actions have been less than decent. From smoking illegal substances to peeing in foreign places, Bieber has taken a lot of heat for his new wild-child ways.

2.Rebecca Black

Rebecca Black is one artist who became hated for merely existing. The 16-year-old became a household name after releasing her song "Friday." The song became a viral sensation; not because it was good, but because it was and still is severely annoying. Fans were not able to separate Black from her song, so she became just as hated and annoying as the track. Black is the epitome of a one-hit wonder, as her other four singles have failed to chart.

3.Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus' career was just fine until she started twerking. The songstress had an impeccable rep, but in the last nine months that has changed drastically. Cyrus' antics at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards left her public image in shambles. Mothers, censors and other artists slammed Cyrus for her sexualized performance at the show. Even the creator of the foam finger, Steve Chmelar, felt Cyrus was a bad influence and degraded his invention. All in all, Cyrus' antics have been working because her album has been flying off the shelves.

4.Celine Dion

Celine Dion is the singer that people love to hate. It could be because of her awkward facial expressions during her songs, or maybe it's just her overall personality. But for whatever reason, when you mention the name Celine Dion, people clear the room. Though she has sold out thousands of shows throughout her career, there are some spectators who feel her success is undeserving. In fact, there are people who think she screams when she sings.

5.Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift might be one of the biggest country music stars, but she has a lot of haters as well. Swift has always portrayed herself to be a squeaky clean girl who just sings about her life. But as her celebrity status grew, many got tired of hearing about her many boyfriends, flings and relationships. Many feel that her girl-next-door persona is completely fake. Taylor Swift's been photographed on 'dates' with several different men, but Swift maintains that she is as innocent as the day is long. Not to forget Taylor's die hard feet fetishist followers.

6.Madonna

Madonna has always been a controversial singer. She first garnered hatred from the public in 1989 with the release of her music video for "Like A Prayer." Many religious figures and regular folks did not like the fact that Madge had burning crosses and a Black Jesus in her video. In recent years, Madonna has been loathed for her subtle jabs at Lady Gaga, who she believes stole her persona.

7.Christina Aguilera

Christina Aguilera has a set of pipes that doesn't come along too often. She sings circles around some of the top-notch artists that fans fawn over today. Unfortunately, her cranky attitude has gotten her nowhere. Aguilera's albums used to top the charts continuously, but those days are long gone. After various behind-the-scenes reports and interviews showcased Aguilera as an entitled Diva, her fan base began to dwindle.

8.Kanye West

When Kanye West first hit the music scene, fans thought his humble nature and music was a breath of fresh air. Sadly, that all ended after his mother passed in 2007. Ever since her passing, West has seemed crazier than a mental patient. The singer first became hated when he decided to crash Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. Now he spends his days claiming to be a genius and a god.

9.LeAnn Rimes

LeAnn Rimes was once considered America's Sweetheart. The singer became a household name after the release of her song, "How Do I Live." However, that all changed when she decided to become a homewrecker. The singer began an adulterous relationship with Eddie Cibrian in 2009. Both parties were married at the time and vehemently denied the affair. After realizing they had been caught, they both came clean and began dating. Though Cibrian and Rimes are married now, most fans resent the singer for her lack of morals and decision to get involved with a married man when she too, was married.

10.John Mayer

John Mayer's mellow music has warmed the hearts of many. But the singer lost a lot of his fan base after making some rather unsettling comments. Aside from divulging intimate details about his past girlfriends' bedroom activities, Mayer has offended an entire race. In a 2010 interview with Playboy magazine, Mayer said his man parts wouldn't be open to having sex with a Black woman because it's a white supremacist. The singer was ripped to shreds by fans and the media. The backlash was so bad that Mayer had a breakdown and apologized for his actions.

11.Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez might be worth millions, but she has ruffled a few feathers over the years. Many feel that Lopez got where she is because of her looks. Some even think she's slept her way to the top, and have referred to her as JHo, instead of JLo. Her alleged Diva attitude behind-the-scenes has raised the eyebrows of many execs. And most recently, due to her own lack of knowledge, Lopez sang "Happy Birthday" toone of the most repressive leaders in the world, Turkmenistan President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov-a man and country that have a poor human right's record. Her performance caused a lot of controversy through the states and she was forced to apologize.

12.Chris Brown

Chris Brown was once considered this generations Michael Jackson, but now most people see him as the new Ike Turner. Brown's musical ability and dancing skills put him on the map. Fans all over adored his baby face looks and stellar dance moves. That all stopped after he viciously beat Rihanna in 2009. Brown still has a legion of fans, called Breezys, but the media and the adults who actually have common sense, can't stand the sight of him.
