Sugar gives you wrinkles. It's a proven fact and it's so easy to avoid. Too much sugar causes the skin to lose collagen and elastin, both necessary to look younger. Look for lower sugar foods, do not add sugar to coffees, teas or cereals, and if you must consume sugar balance it with a healthy fat such as olive or coconut oil.
