Everybody goes through a bad time. Unfortunately, there is nothing much we can do to prevent that from happening. However, we can do a few things to keep our spirits up. If you can somehow make your mind busy in thinking about other things, you can easily come out of a bad mood. Here are fifteen simple things you can do to comfort yourself and get back on to the track when you are feeling down.
13.Play with Pets
Playing with pets is one of the best remedies to forget worries and tensions you may have. Playing with pets gives a sense of enjoyment and love which helps overcome bad mood.

There are millions of them in YouTube. Search and find some funny videos, and they will take care of your bad mood!
15.Have Some Romance
Sex too helps your brain release those 'feel good' chemicals. If you have a partner, have sex. If you don't have a partner, explore ways to excite yourself sexually.
Depression, anxiety, mood swings - whatever the name is, the actual problem is in your mind. As long as you think you have a problem, you are not going to come out of it. As long as you think you are going through a bad time or a bad day, you are not going to feel happy about it. The trick here is to forget about shit that already happened, and move on hoping for a better tomorrow!
