Google opened doors for an ocean of information, without which it would have been difficult for common people to explore world beyond their knowledge.
Every day we search Google for various purposes. Here are fifteen Google hacks that help make your everyday 'Googling' better!
7.Know Sunrise and Sunset Times in Your Town
Google helps you easily find sunrise and sunset times of your town or city. In fact, you can find sunrise and sunset time of any city around the world. Type 'sunrise in *city name*' in Google to get the time of sunrise in that particular city.
Examples: Sunrise in Los Angeles, Sunrise in New York, Sunset in Brisbane etc.
Google also lets you check current time in your city, or any city around the world. When you type 'time in New York', Google shows the exact time in New York at that moment. If you would like to know the time in another city, you just have to enter 'time in *city name*.
In addition, you can also find dates of festivals or federal holidays.
Example Keywords: Thanksgiving, 2015, Christmas 2015 etc.
8.Translate Between Languages
You can translate between many languages effortlessly using Google. You don't even need to open Google Translate for this. You can translate a text from any language to your choice of language directly on Google.com. Type 'translate *text to be translated* to *Language of your choice*' in Google search bar and you will get the result instantly.
Example Keywords: Translate Je Suis Michael, Translate I love you to French etc.
9.Know Movie Timings in Your City
This is another cool feature that all movie buffs instantly like. Google lets you know the movie timings, theater information etc. Type movie name in Google, and you will have the movie timings on top of the results page. You may need to type your city name if Google doesn't detect your location automatically.
Example: The Martian, The Martian in Redwood City, The Martian Dallas etc.
