1.Swelling
If your stomach is bloated on a regular basis, then clearly there are a number of things that could be causing it. However, you do need to rule out cancer as this is a symptom of several different types, so you need to rule this out as quickly as possible.
2.Urine problems
If you find that you are peeing more than you should, you have difficulty starting to pee, you are unable to stop when you start, there is blood, it smells, or it hurts and this goes on for an extended period of time, then you may have a problem. What you need to do here is to get yourself checked out to rule out cancer of the bladder or any other part of your urinary tract system.
3.Ulcers that do not clear up
Even though this photograph shows skin ulcers, then same advice applies in the mouth as well because that could also be an indication of there being a problem. One thing that you need to do is to get yourself checked out because it could be the case that you need help to get it cleared up, or you may need some serious medical attention.
4.Unexplained marks
You need to be aware of unexplained marks on your skin because it could be linked to different types of cancer where marks such as lichen sclerosus just mask what it actually going on inside. If you have anything going on with your body you need to get it checked out as soon as possible just to be on the safe side.
5.Losing your voice
If you have lost your voice, but you do not have symptoms associated with a sore throat, then it is going to be in your best interest to have it checked out by your doctor. This can also apply if you do not completely lose your voice, but instead lose volume and power when it comes to talking.
6.Pain
We should always pay attention to our body when it tells us that we are in pain in some way. Of course there are a whole host of things that can explain the pain, but the main thing that we need to do is to get it checked out in order to see if it is something simple or something more serious.
7.Changes in your skin or moles
We all get moles on our skin, but the vast majority will cause us no problems whatsoever and we largely forget about them. However, we need to pay close attention to the way that they look and note if there are any significant changes to their appearance as this may indicate a problem and something that needs to be addressed immediately.

8.Losing weight for no reason
If you are unable to explain how you are losing weight, for example stress or being more active, then it is best to go to your doctor in order to have a chat with them. Losing weight for no reason may very well be an indication of something going in inside, so for your own peace of mind get some tests done.
9.A change in your bowel habit
We all kind of get to know our bowel habits, so if there are any significant changes, then you may need to get yourself checked out. Most people are pretty regular and if you cannot put it down to things such as stress or what you have had to eat, then there could be a problem.

10.Coughing and being out of breath
If you have a persistent cough that will just not go away, or if you find that you are out of breath more often than not, then you need to get it checked out. This can be the sign of you having lung cancer or a problem with any of the airways, but once again there could be another explanation for this symptom.
11.Lumps
It is very important that you check your body for various lumps and bumps so that you can then identify if something gets bigger or changes its appearance as this could very well be cancer. However, it can also be something such as a blocked duct, so do not automatically assume the worse case scenario.

12.Abnormal bleeding
If you find that you are passing blood either in your urine or in your stools, then it may very well be a sign that you have cancer. It is also worth noting that there are other health problems that could be explained by this, but you need to get it checked out as soon as possible.
