Located just thirty miles north of Farafra, Egypt is the White Desert, also known as Sahara el Beyda. The sand is the whitest of all deserts, a light creamy white with chalk rock formations created from sandstorms. This desert is a beautiful and unique oasis, that is a sight to see.
