We don't think you can relate to this because you aren't a sluggard! This is laziness at its peaks! After seeing those empty toilet paper rolls, you now understand when that toilet was cleaned for the last time. This looks like a public toilet. Someone, an employee or contractor, is always responsible for cleanliness of a public toilet. Either the janitor is super lazy or doing on purpose because he/she didn't received his/her last paycheck.
