Even though dark chocolate is considered candy, it has many health benefits. Filled with antioxidants, the darker the better. There are some brands that make up to 85% dark chocolate that are delicious and healthy when eaten in moderation. Dark chocolate has no gluten and has less sugar than milk chocolate.
