Nuts provide protein and healthy fats to the body and are gluten free. Almonds, walnuts, cashews, macadamia nuts and more, are great for getting some fiber too. The body needs adequate amounts of protein for your muscles and fiber cleanses your intestinal tract. Add nuts to yogurt, salads, and stir fries.
