How To Get A Thigh Gap

1.Change your stance

If you wish to cheat and get a thigh gap for photographs, then you need to think about your stance. Stick your butt out a bit and make your legs as straight as possible and as long as you are not carrying too much excess weight you should be able to kind of recreate it.




2.Brush your body

This is certainly very strange, but you are advised to dry brush your body in order to stimulate the blood flow and lose fat quicker. It also helps to exfoliate your skin and then tighten it up, so clearly this can then make a difference when it comes to getting that thigh gap?



3.Anti-cellulite cream

This may initially sound a bit strange, but by using anti-cellulite cream you can actually help to produce that thigh gap. It does do something to the skin and a lot of what you see in those flabby thighs is of course fat, so considering the cream burns that off it makes sense to use it?





4.Do not bulk up your legs

Even though it may be tempting to use weights in order to tone your legs there is a problem with that in that if you build too much muscle you end up making it harder to get that gap due to the muscle itself. Be careful and stick to a plan, but never overdo it.



5.Pilates leg lifts

Pilates leg lifts are another great exercise for those people that are looking at doing some thigh toning in order to get that gap. Do it daily and at least 30 repetitions a day in order to get the best possible results.





6.Butterfly stretches

Doing butterfly stretches is relatively simple and it really does work wonders on toning your inner thighs. Do this several times a day in order to really get the benefit as quickly as possible.



7.Never overeat

Overeating is a big problem because if you do it, then your chances of developing a thigh gap will be pretty non-existent. You need to work out how many calories your body needs in a day and then eat less than that in order to stand a chance.

8.Use super foods

Have you heard of things called super foods before? If you have, then get eating them because the idea is that you use up more energy dealing with them in your body than what they can offer themselves. This means your body still gets the nutrients without you getting fat, so there is a better chance of having a thigh gap.



9.Do your cardio

It is important that you do your cardio because that is going to burn off calories and help to slim down those thighs with that being an important part in the entire process. Make sure that you work hard at it in order to get results quicker.

10.Use shape wear

If you want to cheat, or if you cannot wait, then there are some garments out there that can pull you in and get your body into shape and to at least create the illusion of a thigh gap. At least with this you can see what it looks like and work out if it is something that you want on a regular basis.



11.Do lunges

You need to work hard on toning your thighs and one of the best ways to do this is by doing lunges. This type of exercise will really work all of those muscles and you need to do them on a regular basis in order to strengthen the muscles and eventually lead to that thigh gap.

12.Cut out junk food

The first thing that you need to do is watch what you are eating. It is impossible to end up with a thigh gap if you are feasting on unhealthy food that is full of fat, so sort out that part of your life and you should find that it does at least open up the opportunity of you having a thigh gap.
