4.They are Trained to Give the Same Autographs Every Time
Disney employees are thoroughly trained to sign as the character they are playing. As the same character is being played by the multiple cast members, autographs given by them will look the same.

5.Disney Employees are Not Allowed to Say ‘I Don’t Know’
They need to answer all the questions of queries of the guests. Even if the employees do not have the answer, it is still their responsibility to contact the operator on behalf of the guest for help.

6.Employees Keep an Eye on Lone Wandering Kids
If Disney employees find kids without their parents nearby, they keep an eye on them, until they reunite with their parents. The employees will not speak to the kids unless they look worried. If kids remain alone for more than fifteen minutes, the cast members alert the other cast members about a possible lost kid/parent incident.
