Tuna contains the nutrient selenium, which helps the skin preserve elastin. The result is smoother and tighter skin. Elastin in a protein that works as an antioxidant, stopping free radicals from UV rays. A half a can of tuna a day can help to tighten your skin, and smooth out wrinkles.





6.Sweet Potatoes

Loaded with vitamin C, sweet potatoes hep with collagen production in the skin. More collagen means less wrinkles, and smoother skin. Four milligrams of vitamin C daily is found in just a half of sweet potato, and is enough to boost collagen in the skin over time, and reduce wrinkles by 11%.

Most people have heard of using green tea to lose weight, but this little miracle tea does more than that.
